Grey Wolf Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

At Grey Wolf Jiu Jitsu, we specialise in teaching what is arguably the single most effective martial art on the planet – Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.  Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or BJJ for short, is a ground-based grappling martial art that uses leverage and technique to overcome larger, stronger opponents. This allows for people of smaller stature to effectively defend themselves from most attackers.  BJJ is a fantastic martial art, but is also a phenomenal sport, with many physical and mental health benefits.

Over the years we have trained many individuals for a variety of reasons, and without fail we have seen remarkable increases in strength, flexibility, fitness, and mental resilience within all of them.  When you train BJJ, you are most certainly equipping yourself with incredible tools to deal with almost any struggle that life will throw at you.
