Hi Team!
It’s time for our weekly blog post.
This week in our Enoggera gym, we are taking a hard right turn from our control series to focus on guard play as a nice palette cleanser. I understand that drilling the same positions can get stale, and I also understand that that’s how you ‘get good’. However, I also understand that it can get stale. As such, we will be looking at off-balancing, sweeps, wrestle-ups, and attacks from guard for a bit.
In our Tasmania gym, we are working on our back attacks and naming our test dummy! There are three options to pick from, so make sure you get in and get a vote.
Lastly, the culprit for the theft has been narrowed down to a student! We have offered an amnesty period where if the missing equipment conveniently gets found, we will not pursue any action and the student will not be named. On top of this, they will still be welcome to train! We just want to run our business, man.
Make sure to get in for some of the best tuition on the planet.
