Hi Team!
It’s time for our weekly blog post.
This week’s blog post is a quick reminder about the club rules, specifically around hygiene and training whilst sick.
We are heading into the winter months, so common colds, head flus, viruses, and so on will be taking hold around the place. This is unfortunately just a part of life, and can’t be helped. What can be helped is the decision to train sick, or bring your little ones in whilst they’re sick.
Please remember that it is part of our academy rules that we do not train sick, as we will spread germs. In the same vein, if you lack basic hygiene, such as not being freshly showered and clean for training, or bringing in unwashed uniforms, you will likewise be spreading bugs (also, gross!).
Please remember, that our head instructors don’t get days off, as the gyms are family owned small businesses – we are our own bosses. As such, if we get sick, we have no choice but to muscle through it. Likewise, if our assistant instructors get sick, we are without help, and the overall quality of the lessons suffers.
Please don’t disrespect both us and our other clients. If you do, we will be forced to ask you to leave for the session until you are well, showered, or both!
We thank you for your consideration and attention to this matter.
